JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop design ideas and concepts for projects based on initial client briefs.
- Meet directly with clients alongside the Team Leader to present design proposals.
- Coordinate with various Departments/Teams to ensure construction follows the blueprints; provide author’s supervision (giám sát tác giả) when necessary.
- Develop Concepts, perform 3D modeling for architectural, planning, landscape architecture projects, and design project profiles.
- Provide project profiles for Marketing purposes (including making films/videos).
- Perform other design-related tasks as requested by the Team Leader.
- Update and monitor work execution according to the established schedule.
- Issue SPEC sets (specifications) for projects (e.g., materials used, lighting plans, etc.).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree in Architecture/Interior Design.
- Proficient in specialized software: AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, SketchUp, etc., as well as office and management software.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong grasp of interior construction concepts and technical structure.
- Knowledgeable about modern interior decoration materials and quality.
- Experience: From 02 – 03 years of experience.

WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
