The homeowner of Balance Villa is a young entrepreneur balancing the demands of his career with a modern lifestyle. He selected a prime, three-frontage lot in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province for his new home a place where his three-generation family can gather every evening or weekend. Based on the client’s aspirations, 3A Design developed an architectural and construction plan perfectly suited to the land, preferences, and personality of every family member.

Villa Design And Construction

Embracing the client’s story and desires, 3A Design created an oasis in a region known for its relatively harsh weather in Ba Ria. This was achieved by harmoniously integrating greenery and water features, which act as a natural air conditioning system within Balance Villa. The villa’s functional layout includes one living room, one kitchen, five bedrooms (for the grandmother, parents, children, and guests), one home office, and one common living hall.

To strengthen family bonds, the 3A Design team prioritized both the size and scenic views of the common living and dining areas. Furthermore, to expand the space and enhance openness, the architects employed a unique design innovation: a double-height ceiling (void) in the living room, creating a stunning and overwhelming effect that showcases the villa’s delicate beauty.

Taking advantage of the three-frontage plot, 3A Design ensured that all views from functional rooms overlook the external natural scenery. To this end, we crafted internal landscapes, allowing green elements to weave into the living spaces. Asymmetrical forms were also used as an architectural element to generate open spaces throughout the villa, while simultaneously allowing the master bedroom to maintain a comprehensive view of the family’s essential activities.

If the exterior architecture evokes the gentle tranquility of a garden blending with nature, the interior delivers a powerful emotional impact with deep brown tones combined with wood materials. Through the elegant, refined, yet utterly cozy beauty of the interior space, 3A Design aims to convey the homeowner’s story and personality.
