Construction Supervision Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise construction projects in HCMC.
  • Conduct business trips to provinces (as required).
  • Carry out site inspection and surveying according to design drawings, read and comprehend technical design drawings and perspective drawings, establish construction schedules, and take proactive control at the construction site.
  • Coordinate the progress of construction work on site, proactively resolve any arising issues (if any) during implementation, and maintain daily construction logs.
  • Manage, guide, and supervise the company’s teams and workers regarding construction techniques for structural works (phần thô) and interior finishing.
  • Assign tasks to workers and approve construction methods/plans for subcontractors.
  • Directly manage the inspection, supervision, and evaluation of the construction process on site. Inspect the specifications and quality of products at the production workshop, ensuring execution strictly follows approved drawings, technical requirements, quality, and quantity.
  • Execute acceptance procedures (nghiệm thu) upon completion of work with teams, subcontractors, and the Investor (Client).
  • Complete necessary procedures to sign Acceptance Minutes (Biên bản nghiệm thu) on site with all relevant parties.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (priority given to candidates familiar with Project, or other software like Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in townhouse construction and interior finishing, including industrial wood furniture.
  • In-depth knowledge of interior materials.
  • Ability to identify, detect, and troubleshoot technical errors.
  • Ability to plan, organize, manage the construction site, and establish construction schedules.
  • Graduated from a university/college with a major in a related field.
