Experience of 1 year or more in developing technical construction documents (hồ sơ kỹ thuật thi công) for architectural projects, specifically townhouses, villas, etc.
Graduate from college level or higher in the relevant major.
Hardworking, honest, careful, enthusiastic about the job, diligent, and a fast learner.
Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp and other related software.
Ability to work independently or in a team.
Complete documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on schedule.
Experience in developing construction documents using SketchUp software is an advantage.
