Therefore, 3A Design’s architects implemented a specialized architectural solution: creating a solid-void composition on the facade combined with a deep roof overhang to mitigate sun exposure. Additionally, a layer of faux wood plastic louvers integrated with greenery further helps block solar radiation, resulting in a living space that is cool, refreshing, and intimate with nature for the homeowner.
Double-Height and Interior Design
The double-height design (void) of the TT House townhouse is a unique highlight, providing a spacious and airy feel throughout the entire home. This feature enhances ventilation, making the house brighter and cooler than ever before.
