After researching the modern tropical design style exemplified in 3A Design’s previous projects, the investor entrusted 3A Signature’s architectural team to create a peaceful coastal retreat in Nha Trang, harmoniously integrating tropical greenery.
Given the prime location with stunning ocean views, 3A Design innovatively arranged the main functional blocks including the common living area, bedrooms, kitchen, and entertainment spaces such as the pool lounge, bar, billiard table, and swimming pool on the 2nd and 3rd floors to maximize broad, distant vistas.
Furthermore, the functional blocks are deliberately offset by a 45-degree angle, generating diverse viewing perspectives and forming a unique geometric highlight for the overall architectural composition. Additionally, 3A skillfully integrated nature into every living space, fostering a peaceful, lush atmosphere, separate from the noise, hustle, and heat of a famous tourist city. This ensures that Sunset Villa truly lives up to its identity as a high-end retreat deeply reflecting the homeowner’s personality.
