For T Villa a ‘shelter’ that serves as a serene sanctuary for the small family we selected the Tropical Modern style.
Emphasizing the refined simplicity inherent in modern architecture, 3A Design utilized strong, vertical lines harmoniously combined with asymmetrical geometric masses, creating a distinct hallmark for this artistic work. Furthermore, interwoven patches of greenery create a living space that helps mitigate the sweltering heat of summer days.
Located in a bustling city, how does one separate from the noise and dust? 3A Design created a focal point with a louvered wooden door system. These were skillfully designed to allow an open space, making it easy for those inside to observe the exterior, yet restricting the view from the outside in. This small detail establishes the family’s privacy while ensuring abundant ventilation without any sense of confinement.
