Smart Sun Protection: Special Design For Harsh Sun Exposure
The modern TT – House townhouse is situated on a west-facing plot, making it highly susceptible to harsh sunlight. To mitigate this, 3A Design’s architects implemented a special architectural solution.
The solid-void composition of the facade, combined with a strategically designed canopy, was created to obstruct direct sunlight. Additionally, a layer of wood-look plastic louvers integrated with greenery helps block thermal radiation, providing the homeowner with a cool and nature-friendly living space. This represents both a smart and aesthetically pleasing solution to counteract the effects of a hot climate.
Creative Design For Convenient Living Spaces
In addition to creating a cool and airy living environment, 3A Design also paid special attention to optimizing the living space to meet the family’s needs. The house faces a large, busy street with heavy traffic. To address this challenge, our architects skillfully incorporated a setback area at the front, facilitating easier access in and out of the house and providing convenient parking.
Simultaneously, this front setback area also helps to mitigate traffic noise, creating a tranquil and airy space for family life. The rear setback is designed as a small garden interspersed with greenery, providing an aesthetic focal point and a fresh, green living environment for the owner.

The interiors of TT – House feature a fusion of modern and refined design, creating an ideal and fully equipped living space. The neutral color palette, combined with wooden accents, lends a liberal and warm feeling to the homeowner’s living area. From the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, to the bathrooms, every detail is carefully designed to ensure both convenience and aesthetic quality.
Upon entering the living room, one immediately perceives the refinement and quality of the space. Neutral tones are applied to establish harmony and suit the house’s overall aesthetic. Neutral colors like white and the brown of wood are specifically utilized to create accents and warmth within the space.
The interior layout in the living room is executed with balance and creativity. The sofa is meticulously selected, featuring appropriate materials and styles that provide comfort and convenience for users. The coffee table and small decorative items are placed delicately and meticulously, creating focal points and enhancing the beauty of the space.
The kitchen is also equipped with modern appliances and amenities such as a range hood, dishwasher, and oven. This helps the family save time and effort in cleaning and maintaining kitchen utensils.
